About the Author

Himmat Singh (1941) is former teacher in the faculty of Humanities and Religion, Punjabi University, Patiala.

He is one of the rare philosopher of Sabda-Experience. He has made major contributions in the area of philosophy, Religion, Aesthetics and Historiography.

He is author of over 25 books and more than 300 research papers and articles. His major research works are Mega-Vision Mega-philosophy, Kashmir Lai Kurbani, Bani Di Tasir, Sher Singh: Jeevan ate Rachna.

Born in the charming valley of Kashmir, Himmat Singh holds a very rare position in the contemporary philosophical world. His scholarship aims at discovering the Sabdic dimension in the entire human phenomenon. For this, his Mega-visionary experience explores the extreme extensions of human consciousness through a higher perspective. He discover the essence of polar realities of existence in the embrace of Sabda and hence redefines metaphysics and aesthetic as Meta-metaphysic and Aesthetic: Trans-aesthetic respectively. He, as a philosophical curiosity, succeeds in differentiating evolution-cum-involutionary supramental phenomenon to jump into the vibrancy of Sabda-Surte-Liv preceded by Naam-Amrit-Ras. He directs the factual historians towards exploring Meta-historical Supra-facts delineated through the living experience-cum actuality. He experiences stagnancy in the philosophical exercise of the contemporary age. He gift experience-expression simultaneity to present day academic (devoid of experience) through his unique style of creative philosophization.
